Returns:

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing, and we will provide return instructions. You must return the products to us at your own cost and risk. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of products that have been customised for you, such as pre-cut or terminated speaker cables. This provision does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns for Ex Display / Repaired / B-Stock or items sold by auction unless the item was not as described in the listing. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Payment:

We ask that payment is made within 7 days. We prefer payment by PayPal, and will only ship the item your PayPal confirmed address when PayPal is used. We also accept payment by uncrossed postal order. Personal Cheques and Bank Transfers are not accepted. If payment isn’t received within 7 days, a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be filed, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at our sole discretion.

Shipping:

All goods purchased are securely and safely packaged for transit. The cost of Packaging materials (e.g. Jiffy Bags, Bubble Wrap etc) is included in the P&P charge. Items will normally be sent within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
