Aluminium oxide emery cloth roll used for metalworking and polishing.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are for the cost of goods only, less a 10% restocking fee (unless the item is faulty). Postage charges are not refundable.

Please contact us before sending back an item for exchange, credit of refund. Postage is payable by the customer for our costs in sending out the exchange item if the original item was supplied as ordered.

All auction items are final sales exchanges or refunds are not available.


Defective Items (Not clothing).
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.

Clothing
If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled or if any tags or labels have removed  or the packaging is not in the condition we sent it, exchange or refund will not be possible & the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Items that have been printed or customized are final sales & no refund or exchange is possible.

Time Scales
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with as soon as possible. This is normally within 7 days, but please allow an extra few days for the refund to show on your card statement.

Returning an Item
No exchanges or refunds can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
