Returns
All items are fully inspected and we test all major functionality before dispatch to ensure they are in working order.
All items are security coded and logged. Should a package appear visibly damaged on arrival, do not sign for the item, it will be returned to us for checking. An item can only be replaced if it is found to be faulty or damaged when received. However the buyer must report any damaged items within 24 hours. If an item is found to be faulty it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. The item will then be thoroughly checked to confirm the fault, serial number & our security seal. If the security seal is broken this will invalidate your claim and the relevant authorities will be notified. The 1st option in any claim is an exchange. A refund will only be offered if an exact replacement is not available.
Please note refunds are for the price of the item only. Buyers are responsible for the postage and packaging cost of returning any item back to us. This cost is not refundable.
Please ensure all items are thoroughly packaged in all original packaging as received, failure to do so will result in a forfeit of any warranties or refunds due. |
