This book is a fascinating, comprehensive and highly detailed A-Z guide of Alpine Flora.

 

Lavishly illustrated throughout with 40 plates containing 250 coloured figures from water-colour sketches by Herman Friese.

 

Condition: Hardback excellent condition; minor dulling/marks to spine (titles unaffected), very clean & bright. Pages excellent condition; page faces very clean & bright with minor dulling at page edges & very occasional very minor handling mark (to be expected in a 100+ year old book).
