THE WRITING TO THE SOLDIERS PICTORIAL TO THE TOP READS "PER MARE PER TERRAM" & TO THE BOTTOM READS "UNITATE FORTIOR".
COBALT BLUE INK MARKING TO INSIDE OF THE LID & BASE OF THE POT "14 10/60 C/B".
IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE !!!
THE POT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ONLY AGE STAINING.
THE LID HAS A 2 INCH C SHAPE HAIRLINE TO THE SIDE & A 3 INCH HAIRLINE RUNNING FROM THE SIDE OF THE LID TO THE UNDERNEATH AS CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THE PHOTOS.
(BOTH HAIRLINES DO NOT SHOW TO THE FRONT SIDE & CAN BE BLEACHED OUT EASILY)
