Due to recent unreasonable ebayers, please read the following which we are now having to add to all our listings to help avoid any
hassle later on. While we appreciate all buyers, and aim to provide a prompt and good value service, please understand, we are not sitting at the computer 24 hours a day waiting to answer questions and emails.  When you have pressed 'buy-it now'  at 5 to 5 on the Friday afternoon before a bank holiday, we do not expect to have an email on the Tuesday morning saying 'Where is my item, I paid for this 5 days ago.'
We have a life other than ebay, and cannot drop everything to get to the post office everyday. However, We are more than happy to put that little extra effort in to get an item to you urgent if neccesary, but please just ask first to confirm it is possible at that time. (On the other hand, don't wait a month and then expect us to chase a delivery)
We are more than happy to combine postage, or for people to collect and save the postage. This is all better for us, but on some items this may not be possible due to courier restrictions, so please just ask or confirm before buying. ie, don't buy 2 items, pay for them before I have had a chance to send an invoice, and then say we didn't offer postage discount! The postage is shown on all items, if it is not acceptable, don't bid, or if it is not clear, just ask. We are not a shop
