Warranty:

We offer a 3 month warranty on all items sold through Ebay (Return to base only).

VAT:

All items sold on Ebay will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

This will be added to the invoice on completion of the transaction, as an additional cost

Shipment:

Items will be despatched within 24hrs of cleared payments, for Europe & within 48 hrs for the rest of the world

Returns:

1. All returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase, in writing/email and are subject to the discretion of NDC-Industrial-Electronic-Surplus.

2. All shipping costs will be the Buyers responsibility.

3. Subject to satisfactory inspection, there will be a re-stocking fee of £50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
