If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will make it right. We want each of your shopping experiences to be outstanding. We will answer all emails as soon as possible and respond quickly to meet your needs. If you don't see an item you are looking for, let us know as we welcome special orders.
All items will arrive in said condition. All comic books individually bagged and boarded at no extra charge. Combined orders with in stock and pre-orders will ship when all items have been released. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES OF 3 OR MORE OF THE SAME ITEM.

All payments are due within 10 days of auction end
(You may lose your hold on hot items if not paid on time). Payment reminders will be sent by the 7th day and an Unpaid item case will be filed by the 10th day. If you need more time, please let us know. We pack securely a few times a week, but please contact us before bidding if you need something shipped urgently. You can expect shipment by 2 business days after payment received or pre-order release date. An automated e-mail will be sent when we have received your payment and positive feedback will be left. Upon shipment of your item we send two e-mails, one from Ebay (Subject will be "Your Item Has Shipped") and another from us (Subject will be "The Cargo Hold has sent you a package Tracking Included" ) Please check your SPAM folders for these e-mails. We are not responsible for any delays by the carriers below.
Return Policy
Not happy with your item? Wrong item or not as described? No problem, contact us and you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. We only ask that you return it in the same condition as received and ship securely with a service that offers tracking. The only exception are CGC comics which are not returnable.

Domestic Comic Book Shipping: $4.00 Flat Standard Shipping No Limit (2-9 Days) or $6.00 Priority Mail (2-3 Days)
for the first comic and $.25 each additional comic.
International comic book shipping (bagged and boarded back to back): $12.00 Priority Mail International (8-12 Days) plus $.50 each additional comic. Insurance is not available.
Anything other than comics will have different shipping charges for FedEx Ground, Priority Mail, Express Mail and Priority Mail International.
