What happens when my FREE 12 months hosting runs out?
Not to worry we will contact you in plenty of time to remind you that your hosting is due for renewal so your site does not go offline.
The cost to renew your hosting basic package from £29.99 up to £49 for the unlimited package, the choice is yours.

So how long will my domain name last?
Depending on what type of domain you choose, .co.uk are re-registered with us every two years and .com's every year at a cost of just £24.

What can I sell in my eShop, anything?
You can sell anything you like providing its not illegal or pornographic

Can you supply me products to sell?
Not directly, but we will as part of the package you buy give you access to various dropshippers who can supply 1000's of products from baby products to watches, pet products to lingerie, electrical to gadgets, literally 1000's and they are all at real wholesale prices.

What's dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a term used for the sales of goods from your site that are directly delivered from the wholesaler to your customer. So you do not have to keep any stock on hand.

How do I take payments online?
The eShop software has an inbuilt PayPal payment gateway so your customers can by securely by credit / debit card or using their PayPal account, they don't have to be a member of PayPal to make payment by card either.
All you have to do is set-up your PayPal account (Which is FREE) and tell u your PayPal account email address. We will assist you with this is you are having difficulties.

Is the payment gateway secure for my customers?
When your customer goes through checkout they are then processed through Paypal so it very secure.

Do you or anyone else take commission from my sales on the site?
No, anything you make on your site is 100% yours to keep and all payments you receive are paid directly in to your Paypal account.

How do I get my money when someone buys something?
Once the funds have arrived in your PayPal account you will be able to transfer funds to your designated bank account you initially set-up with PayPal, this normally take around 7 days top clear.

If I already have hosting elsewhere can i still buy this eShop?
You can but as the hosting is free for a year and is hosted by us, its better to have everything in one place.

Once I buy this package how long will it take to set-up?
As soon as we receive your payment and have your details we will email out a transfer agreement, this is so you have proof you own the website.
Once we receive the agreement back we will contact you for information on your header design and colours, after that it takes about 48 working hours before we hand it over to you.

Can I alter the site in anyway, maybe add more facilities, like news, blog, logos etc?
Yes you can come back at anytime and request a quote for any alteration, and because you are an existing client we offer you discount on the cost.

What if I want to take my eShop hosting package elsewhere after the twelve months is up?
Your quite entitled to do what you like, and there is no charge or penalty if you do so. All we ask is you consider your choice first as we are very competitively priced for hosting and we do offer great customer support. Unfortunately if you move hosting elsewhere we will no longer be able to offer technical support for your site.
