ALIEN 3 - NEW ALIEN CREATURE from the ALIEN 3 Movie (1992)

Summary This is a Konami (Japan) pre-painted highly detailed model of the New Alien Creature featured in the movie ALIEN 3 (1992) - that evolved from the Alien dog-creature. This is one model from a set of 8 available from Volume 1 (released in 2003) of these Konami ALIEN models. This volume of models is now deleted and no longer available.
The model is brand new and individually sealed in it's original plastic wrapper and boxed. The box has been carefully opened in order to identify the model. The models are sold randomly "blind" packed in Japan, therefore the box must be opened to discover which model is inside.
Small Note on the Origins of these Collectable Models These models are a Japanese phenomenon know as "Shokugan", which translates as "Toy Candy", this is because you are guaranteed to get a packet of sweets inside each box AND a random "surprise" model or figure from a particular Officially Licensed themed collection.
These models are very accurately sculpted and painted with an incredible amount of fine detail. Both Alien and H. R. GIGER art fans will be most impressed with the amount of detail in these plastic miniatures. Konami has issued two volumes of ALIEN QUADRILOGY models (in 2003 and 2004).
ALIEN 3 NEW CREATURE Model Details The ALIEN 3 "NEW" Alien CREATURE spacial dimensions (the Alien is in a crouching position) are approximately 75 mm deep, 60 mm wide and 70 mm high, (3" x 2.5" x 3" inches high). It comes with a detailed and pre-painted display stand, dimensions are 98 mm x 68 mm x 10 mm (4" x 2.5" x 0.5" inches), with the ALIEN 3 movie title logo embossed on the under-side of the stand.
The Alien Creature is beautifully pre-painted and requires some simple assembly (there are a total of seven pieces to clip on (no glue is needed) - arms, legs, head, carapace / head-shell, torso with tail) with very easy to follow "ALIEN" movie branded instructions provided.
