Refunds and Returns
Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement. 
Refunds will be given by the same means of payment. 
If payment is made by cheque, refunds will only be given once the cheque has cleared. 
Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned. 
Goods returned for any reason other than damaged or faulty will be subject to a handling fee. 
Post and packaging charges will only be refunded on damaged or faulty goods.
