Here is a lovely watercolour by this listed artist. It is in good condition for its age with no signs of foxing. This is good size painting and is signed in the lower righthand corner and dated 1903.

Please note this painting is set behind glass and there are reflections in the photographs.

The painting measures 11" x 17.5" and with the frame 17" x 22.5".

Pollitt was a landscape painter who was based in Manchester. He exhibited from 1885 to 1926 mainly at the Manchester Art Gallery. He also exhibited 7 works at the Walker Gallery, Liverpool. His work is popular and can command significant sums at auction.
