Returns & Refunds:

Returns are excepted if a product is deemed to be faulty and our technicians cannot solve the issue over the telephone. We only accept returns on faulty products, not if you just change your mind.
All returned items must be complete and with original packaging. On our receipt of the items return the product will be tested and if not found to be faulty we will not be able to accept it for exchange or refund. Returns postage is the buyers responsibility and must be recorded delivery to be accepted we cannot be held responsible for postage losses. You must contact us first to notify us of your return.

If a product is returned and found faulty a replacement will be sent to you, if the exact same model in not available we will contact you and ask if you would like a similar, like for like or upgrade replacement.
