TITLE.  "SCOTTISH ISLE"

DESCRIPTION.  Huge oil on board by Scottish  artist Alastair Flattely. In excellent condition this expressionistic landscape depicts one of the Scottish Isles. Painted expressionistically is has all the ingredients of The Edinburgh College of Art and it's infuencewas.   Painted I would suggest in the late sixties/early seventies this is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a top Scottish artist's collectable landscape.

This is a lovely example of hIs work -  and has good investment potential..

CONDITION. Large oil on board.  Image size 97cm by 122cm and in excellent untouched condition. Unframed.

BIOGRAPHY  ALASTAIR FLATTELY.  RWA . Born 1922 . Landscape painter in oils and watercolour.  Studied at The Edinburgh College of Art 1945-1950.  Exhibited at the Royal Academy, Society of Scottish Artists and Royal West of England Academy. Represented in several public collections.
