The item we have in stock is in very good condition.

The C408 clamps on the top rim of the drum, or can be mounted on the H408bracket which is then inserted under a tensioner head. Twelve angle notches allow the mic arm to be swivled into position. The capsule is shock mounted for protection from stick lows and rejection of vibrational noise. The C408 comes with preamp/ XLR connector for use with standard 12-48V phantom powering.

The AKG "MicroMic Series" comprising the C401, C402, C408, and C409 condeser microphones, the B9 battery supply unit and the MPA phantom power adapter (attached to the microphone cable of as an optional accessory) had been designed to response to musicians' demands for a professional quality microphone that ensures total freedom of movement.

The MicroMics need no microphone stands and clamps, and the B9 battery supply unit allows you to connect thes high quality condensor microphones to mixers, amplifiers, four-track cassetter of other tape recorders without phantom power.
