1.  All goods supplied by Graphics by Jeff & Chris remain the property of the vendor Graphics by Jeff & Chris until such time as they are paid for in full.

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money less 15% service charge (P&P costs are non refundable).  
Our returns conditions are: 
Goods MUST BE unused.  
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.  
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.  
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.  
3. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to an additional postage charge of GBP15.00 before being dispatched again.  
4. Your credit card is charged in the name of our holding company Graphics by Jeff & Chris.  
5. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Graphics by Jeff & Chris within 3 days of the delivery date.  
6. All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.  
7. Graphics by Jeff & Chris cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
