Following the incredible success of last years Santander / Abbey Bank advert, Airfix were innundated with requests for the Lewis Hamilton kit, which simply did not exist! The incredible level of intrest encouraged Airfix to produce the kit, which has become one of the most sought after kits in the history of plastic modelling!

This beautiful model presents the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 racing car, as driven by the current world motor racing champion - our very own Lewis Hamilton! It contains 17 pieces and requires a small screw driver to complete.

The model itself is a clip 'N' screw design and is fully decorated and painted. This really is a fantastic kit, which serves as a fitting tribute to Hamiltons stunning 2008 success!

We were very lucky to be allowed a small allocation of this tiny advanced allocation - grab these models whilst you still can!

The model kits we have on offer are brand new and in mint condition. They are in un-opened boxes, sent direct from the Airfix warehouse! - at Flying Tigers, Mint means MINT!

A STUNNING MODEL, WHICH IS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN!

PLEASE NOTE - The item on which you are bidding is absolutely MINT! It has never been removed from the box (unless stated in the listing) and it has never been displayed. The box itself is in a similar mint condition and the model which has been used to illustrate this sale is from my own collection and is not the model offerd for sale!

Some of these items are extremely rare and are becoming quite valuable. As a consequence, we will conduct a visual inspection your model before dispatch (although we will not actually open the seals) to ensure there are no loose parts, or other damage. We also make a note of the certificate number as many of these collectable items are unique and irreplaceable. We respectfully ask that if your intentions are dishonest, please do not take part in this auction.

Our postage options are Parcel Force 48 for larger items and Royal Mail recorded delivery for UK deliveries and Royal Mail International Signed for in the case of international dispatch. We can track to progress of each parcel and both parties have some protection throughout the transaction.

Flying Tigers prides itself on the standard of its postage and packing service. We have a dedicated dispatch manager, who carefully packs each item in high grade cardboard outer parcel, with bubble wrap and additional cardboard for interior protection. As collectors ourselves, it is important to us that you receive your model in the same condition that it left us!

Goods returned for other reasons (wrong item ordered, or simply not liked by customer) MUST be received in NEW condition and unused/unopened.
