What is AirBox©?
AirBox is a self contained system that allows a puncture to be repaired at the roadside without the need for removing the wheel.
Advantages:
- Quick and easy to use.
- It repairs the puncture, without the need to change the tyre.
- Tyres can be repaired on uneven road surfaces (mountains, mud, potholes) or along dangerous roads (with no hard shoulder).
- Tyres can be repaired in unfavourable conditions (rain, snow, hot sun, at night).
- It can replace the spare tyre, reducing weight, bulk, and fuel consumption.
- The solution can be washed out easily, so the tyre can be used again once the hole has been plugged. This saves on the cost of a new tyre.
How It Works
- Take the cap off the tyre valve. Using the special tool provided, remove the valve core.
- Shake the Antiflat container and squeeze it to inject the entire contents into the tyre through the valve.
- Use the tool to reinsert the valve core.
- Use the compressor to re-inflate the tyre to the proper pressure.
- After replacing the valve cap, you can start the vehicle again, maintaining a speed of under 80 km/h (50 mph).
This product has been tested by our suppliers and has shown that the tyre can last a further 3000 miles after applying the AirBox solution before the tyre needs changing.
EYE PROTECTION MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILST USING AIRBOX.

- 500 ml. sealant
- 12V Compressor CE with lamp
- Plug into cigarette lighter with 10A fuse (3 mt.)
- Air tube with quick connection
- Core removal tool
- Tube for transferring the chemical
- Adaptor kit
- Gloves
- Instructions
