Alpha Hydroxy Acids are often called fruit acids because they are derived from fruit-based plants.  AHAs are beneficial because they stimulate cell regeneration by burning off, or lightly removing, the top layer of skin cells.  By doing this, dead skin cells, grease and sebum are removed, healthier skin cells are exposed, and skin texture and colour are improved, giving a clearer complexion.

   Initially, your skin may feel dry and flaky from the dead cells being sloughed away but, after a few weeks, AHAs will almost certainly make your skin feel and appear smoother and visibly blemish-free.  Acne scars and open pores will be significantly reduced.  If you stop using AHAs, your skin will return to its normal state since cell regeneration is no longer occurring.

This product is provided in a handy, easy-to-use rollerball. 

Directions for use: apply to affected area. Moderate use is advised as overuse can cause excessive peeling, dryness and irritation.
