Delivery - Upon receipt of cleared funds we will despatch your item within 2 working days or contact you if there are going to be any delays.  Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow  5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque.

Returns Policy - If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a product does not comply with a listing due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the product or refund you in full. If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it we will refund you for the product not any carriage charges, minus a 15% restock fee to cover administration and any listing fees. We must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. We will only charge you for the additional postage costs incurred. Products must be returned with the original packing and in good condition to be acceptable for return.

Measurements/sizing charts are always shown on listings for clothing items, shoes and helmets to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, please contact us before bidding. 

Payment Methods - We of course accept Paypal payments, but can also accept credit and debit card payments. AMEX cards can only be accepted through paypal. If you want to pay by credit card please call us on 01530 813813. Alternatively you can pay using Cheque or Postal Orders.
