Problems/ Cooling Off Period
You must report any shortages / Breakages within 24 hrs.
This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier.
Failure to do this may invalidate your claim.
You have
the option to return any product for whatever reason within
7 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is
contact our customer care dept, you can E-mail
ebaycustomercare@calgarydirect.co.uk. In some instances
you may be responsible to pay carriage charge. Please ensure
that the machine is returned unused in its
original packaging.
