Our packing department checks that all flashing items are working before packing them and do their best to package all items to protect them whilst in transit should your item arrive damaged please notify us immediately then return the item and we will send a replacement by return.
Under the UK's distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period when you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item(s) in perfect saleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your payment for the item(s) returned, minus the postage and package costs which are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on personalised products. |
