HAND CARVED FROM ONE PIECE OF WOOD.
USED IN DIVINATION CEREMONIES THIS TYPICAL "YANDA" STATUE IS CHARACTERIZED BY IT`S HEIGHT, SIMPLIFIED FEATURES, AN ENLARGED HEAD WITH BOLD ROUNDED COIFFURE AND ADORNMENT OF METAL RINGS. THE FACE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PLANES WITH BULGING EYES TO FOCUS THE ATTENTION OF THE VIEWER ON THE FACE AND REINFORCE THE IDEA OF CLAIRVOYANCE
