Payment Methods

Pay Pal  is accepted for total amounts over £4 ONLY, with the exception of buyers outside the UK from whom I can accept payment only by this method.

Payment by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER if preferred (made payable to Emma Medd).  Please do not send cash through the post.

All payment must be made in GBP.  International checks or money orders in dollars or other currencies are not accepted.

Combined Postage

I will try and combine postage where possible, but some items are shipped directly from my supplier and therefore have to be shipped separately.

Delivery

Shipping is worldwide to most locations, but some larger or heavier items I am unable to ship outside the UK so please check individual item listings.

Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received, usually within 3-4 days.  Please contact me if you have not received your item after 7 days.  International delivery may take longer.

Refund Policy

I do not accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in the post - once items leave my hands they are no longer in my care.  I can, however, help with making a claim for the lost/damaged item to the Royal Mail.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unpaid Item Policy

Payment must be received within 7 days, after which time you will receive a payment reminder.  If payment is still not received in a further 3 days then the Unpaid Item Dispute process will begin to resolve the matter.  All non-paying bidders will receive negative feedback.
