COLLECTION OF GOODS

Items won may be collected from our premises during the opening hours detailed above, however, please contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time and date for collection.. You can pay for the goods in advance or upon collection.

REPLYING TO EMAILS

We try to reply to emails as soon as possible, but if your email is sent outside of the opening hours detailed above then please don't expect an answer until the next working day.

WARRANTY

Before listing every item is tested and then an accurate description is included in the auction details. However, if upon arrival with you or within ten days of the auction finishing the item/s prove to be faulty we will except it/them back for a refund of the total auction purchase price paid for the item/s, excluding all postage fees/costs. This guarantee does not extend to items that are listed as faulty. If we do list items as "untested" or "unknown" condition it is because we do not have the facilities to test the item, not because it has been tested and found to be faulty! If an item is returned to us and found to be in full working order we will refund only the auction price of the item less 20% to cover relisting costs.
