We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt.  All items must be returned complete with original packaging, any manuals or instructions and in the same condition as when the item was dispatched.

If an item is faulty we will either refund all monies including return carriage or replace the item.

For items incorrectly ordered or changed mind we will refund the full amount paid for the item excluding Packing & Postage at our discretion. Buyers are also responsiblefor returning items at their own expense.

If any item is damaged in transit, the buyer must provide evidence of damage. Photographic, either hard copy or electronic format is acceptable for evidence. Upon receipt of satisfactory evidence we will supply either a replacement item or refund the full amount paid.
