BUYERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

If you bid on an auction please be aware you are entering into a contract as detailed on ebays terms and conditions. All winning bids are legally binding and final. Please read my descriptions carefully as I do NOT accept returns on auction items unless the item is not as described. However I always try to describe accurately as I do not want unhappy customers. If you purchase goods I am sure you will be happy but if there is a problem please email me before leaving feedback.

PAYMENT

Methods of payment accepted – Paypal (uk and non uk), Cheque (UK only), Postal Orders (uk only) Overseas bidders MUST pay with Paypal  I DO NOT accept money orders, money transfers or foreign currency.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to do so will result in ebay being informed.

DELIVERY

 I offer combined postage costs on multiple auctions, providing goods are paid for together as a single consolidated payment. – Please request a combined invoice once you have purchased all items you wish to. Please contact me before purchase if you would like a combined postage price for goods.

Please note that the postage costs include handling and  packaging.

Please ensure you collect your goods from Post Office. Buyers who fail to collect them will incur a re-delivery fee if they are returned to us and need re-delivering.

If you require a Guaranteed Next day delivery service please contact us before bidding for the additional costs for that service.

I aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day after receiving CLEARED payment and will aim to send an email once goods have been dispatched. Please note the clearance time varies for cheques.   

LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT         

LOST GOODS - When  I post items I always gain proof of posting. If items are not received after 15 working days please contact me and I will help you with your claim for your loss. To aid with these enquiries claiments/buyers will be asked to provide further details as Royal Mail will then assess the claim in which the buyer has to make a sworn declaration. Overseas claims can take up to 3 months to complete

DAMAGED GOODS - In regards to damaged goods please retain all packaging and notify us on day of receipt. As with lost items a claim will be made. The damaged item must  be returned within 7 days.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7 Days return policy on Buy it Now items only, which does not apply to auction items. Please contact us on the day of receipt. ALL returns accepted by us MUST be in there original sold condition for resale. New items MUST be returned unused and unopened, still sealed and tags in tact if this applies. Used items MUST be returned unused by yourself.

Any postage costs incurred in returning the item is the buyers responsibility. Please return well packaged. Upon receipt purchase price refund will be given. P & P is not refundable.

Returns of swimwear and hosiery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse products if they are used, returned in less than the condition they were sold in, or/and after return time limit has expired.
