Abrasion-resistant, these runners will feel like breezy track shoes, thanks to a ClimaCool wire-mesh box under the arch and instep that helps to vent and drain the shoe. A flexible plate of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) will keep a runner from launching off of rocky trails, while a torsion-bar bridge in the arch will let the forefoot and heel roll independently.
