1)        Machines are not checked or tested past powering up. We just plug it in and turn it on, we are not implying it will turn on all the time, when the picture is taken of the machine powered up it just means we have plugged it in and it powered up at that time .Unknown if all internal parts are inside or will be included or work.

2)      Hard drive caddies may not be included in machines.  We do not check.

3)      Hard drives have been previously removed due to data protection, and sometimes screws are left inside the machines please check before powering your machine on we will not be held responsible if the machine short circuits.

4)      Stickers, residue, tape, paint and pen markings may not be noted in this listing.

5)      Minor damage or cracks may not be noted in this listing.

6)   You should be aware that there maybe liquid ingress in all laptops listed, we do try to mention those which are clearly evident.

7)   We only undertake a brief external inspection of the unit. We are not liable for any damage or issues which would not be reasonably evident in a brief external inspection.

8)   We cannot guarantee that internal parts are present (RAM, CPU, screws etc). Whilst we do not remove these parts, they are sold in the condition in which we received them.

9)   If you want to return the item for any reason (listing errors,buyer mistakes etc) we will not cover any return fees or arrange any collections.    

11)  We cannot guarantee the level of charge which the battery holds, and for this reason batteries are exlcuded from any warranty. We also do not guarantee that the included parts are in full working order. 

12)   AC adapters, power leads, external drives and software are not included, nor do we provide any restore disks. Please do not ask.

13) We would ask that when an item is delivered if the box looks damaged the product inside may be damaged please if you do sign for it make sure the courier records the damage.

 

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment needs to be received within 5 days of winning, regardless of bidding on other items. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. If payment is not received within 5 days of winning the buyer loses entitlement to postage discount and an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Once the dispute is opened, once we can claim our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.

We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We do also accept Postal Orders and Bank Drafts / Building Society Cheques made payable to 'PC and Laptop Spares'. These must be sent to the address below and received within 5 working days.

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask, and please do not bid if you cannot pay by any of the methods listed above.

If paying by Paypal, you must pay for the item(s) through E-Bay checkout system. We do not check for direct Paypal payments, so if you do not pay through E-Bay checkout, your item will not be dispatched, and we are not liable for any delays incurred as a result of this. We also do not read Paypal or E-Bay notes / messages. Please e-mail us directly through E-Bay.

DISPATCH:

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK (ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTLAND). WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD AT ALL, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT PERMIT COLLECTIONS BY OUTSIDE COURIER COMPANIES.

Items are dispatched the next working day after cleared payment has been received.

Standard delivery charge for the first laptop is £15. Each laptop in the same order thereafter are £5 (see below for Scottish and Northern Ireland addresses).

All laptops are shipped by Parceline, who offer next working day delivery (with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). We do not offer delivery on Saturdays.

Addresses in Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands of Scotland:

Delivery is charged at £25 for the first laptop and £5 thereafter within the same order.

This applies to the following Scottish postcodes: AB, DD7 - 11, FK17 - 22, G83, HS1 - 9, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 39, IV55 - 56, KA27 - 28, KW1 - 3, KW5 - 14, KW15 - 17, PA1 - 48, PA60 - 78, PA80-99, PH18 - 26, PH30 - 99, ZE1 - 3 and BT postcodes. Delivery to these areas takes two working days.

Parceline require a contact telephone number for Northern Ireland packets. Please provide this when paying.

Whilst we will attempt to send invoices showing postage discounts, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they apply postage discount if entitled, or e-mail us if they are unable to do so.

COLLECTIONS:

To arrange collections, please e-mail us through E-Bay.

Items must still be paid for within 5 days . Collections are possible between 10am and 4pm weekdays. We do not offer collections at weekends. No exceptions.
