Item Condition

We supply both new and "as new" products. Please ensure you read the auction description: this contains detailed information regarding specification, condition, warranty, contents and packaging. All of our "as new" products are fully inspected and quality tested before despatch. Most items are despatched in the original box, sometimes for protection a new, plain box, will be used when despatched. Occasionally a replacement remote control may be supplied instead of the original.The above listed item is a shop return, ex display model or end of line product. It is in ‘as new’ condition. Each unit has been factory refurbished, inspected and quality tested.
 We ensure that LCD's sold contain no marks or scratches on the screen (unless notified within item description). 
Some LCD's, Freeviews, PVR's, DVD Recorders may have minor cosmetic scratches on the casing but they do not inhibit the functionality of the unit.
This item has a 1 month back-to-base warranty for repair or replacement.

We accept payment by: Paypal or Postal Orders (details will be emailed when you win your item).
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT - there are no hidden charges in our listings!
Please ensure that you are serious about buying the item before you place your bid: your bid is a contract and if you are the winning bidder you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. 
If payment is not received within 5 days of the end of the auction, we reserve the right to either offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item. All unpaid items will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback may be left.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure its safe delivery to you. Our postage fee's cover our courier charge, costs of materials and labour to pack your item. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched generally on the same day - if before 2pm. 
PLEASE NOTE - we despatch to mainland UK addresses only, deliveries to N.Ireland (BT), IOW, IOM (IM) and Scottish Postcodes - IV, KA, PA, PH, KW, HS, ZE are subject to higher delivery charges, please select Parcel Force 48hr service - £14.99 when you checkout your order.
We pride oursleves on on our speedy despatch service using both Business Post and Parcel Force, if you require a tracking number please contact us via the eBay messaging service. We can't guarantee delivery times and can't provide compensation for late delivery's beyond our control.

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or your money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. 
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us via "email the seller" immediately.
If you do have to return a faulty item, it must be sent back in its original packing together with all the accessories i.e. cables, remotes, manuals etc within 7 days of the receipt.
This item has a one month back-to-base warranty for repair or replacement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable: items should be returned by insured post or courier.
