Here is how it works - an ultra-fine layer protective layer is bonded to the bronze wrap wire ,which is then wound onto the hexagonal high-carbon steel wire. Returns

Unwanted items/items purchased in error

Buyers have a 14 day "cooling off" period from date of delivery during which the item can be returned for any reason. If you wish to make a return you must inform us AND get the item back to us within that timescale. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer and items are the responsibility of the buyer until received by us. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition for a full refund including original carriage

Faults/Damage in transit

We take great care in packaging our items securely to ensure they arrive with you safely. However, in the unlikely event that the item is damaged in transit please contact us as soon as the problem is discovered and we will advise you of the appropriate course of action. All items are insured for damage or loss

If you think the item is faulty, please contact us with a full description of the fault. We will require the item to be returned for our inspection. Upon confirmation of fault/damage, we will issue a replacement or refund. Items should be returned via the original shipping method and buyer costs will be reimbursed.

Missing items
