We check each item we place for sale as carefully as we can, most items we sell are antiquarian, sometimes we miss a fault or our view of an item may differ slightly from yours. Should you find our description of condition differs from the copy on the auction please contact us by email stating the problem, we will contact you, arrange for the return and a refund. Lost or delayed in shipping; should you not receive item please email us and we will instigate a search with the shippers. Please be patient as this can take a few weeks depending on destination. |
