Please note: All of our screens are used so we have put in place a grading system to assure buyers they know exactly what they will be buying.  These are our own conservative views regarding the condition, which may differ from others, however our grading system is final and buyers must accept this before purchase. You will not be dissapointed, please check our feedback.

The grading is as follows: 

Grade A = Excellent condition (may have minor signs of use)

Grade B = Good condition (has very minor marks/scuffs/scratches)

Grade C = Ok condition (has marks/scuffs/scratches) - Useable Condition  

These are extremely cost effective for replacing cracked broken laptop screens and can also replace the older matte style screens.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Every item is sent via Royal Mail 1st class postage, generally a next day service. Larger or expensive items will be sent via courier service.

Please allow extra time if you are buying from outside of the UK as delivery could take up to 7-10 working days.
Faulty goods will be replaced under warranty. Please contact us to arrange RMA number and details of how to return. Postage costs will be refunded once the item has been returned, identified, checked and deemed faulty. Items with no fault found will incur a re-delivery charge.
