If your laptop arrives DOA please email
me with full details and we will offer a refund or replacement.
If your laptop develops a fault please
call Acer customer support - they will be able to sort out a
repair or replacement or may
even be able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone.
Once you have purchased your Acer laptop
you can use Acer full technical support servics.

| Returns Policy |
In the unlikely event that you are
unhappy with
your item upon receipt you can return it to us for a refund, less
postage. Please contact us before returning any item.
All items must be returned within 7 days
of
purchase, unused, in the original packaging and fully insured to the
total value of the goods. You must also use a courier who provides
tracking information.
We will deduct the value of any goods
missing from the original packaging from any refund given.
We cannot refund any shipping charges
incurred by the customer.
Please include a copy of the original
invoice with your ebay username and the reason you are returning the
item.
If on return we consider the item not to
be resaleable we may return the item to you instead of giving a refund.
