If you still cannot
find the answers you need please email sales@etradecomputers.co.uk - you should get a
response within 10 minutes - we prefer an email to a phone call and you
will probably get a much quicker response.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item upon receipt you can return it to us for a refund, less postage. Please contact us before returning any item.
All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, in the original packaging and fully insured to the total value of the goods. You must also use a courier who provides tracking information.
We will deduct the value of any goods missing from the original packaging from any refund given.
We cannot refund any shipping charges incurred by the customer.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with your ebay username and the reason you are returning the item.
If on return we consider the item not to be resaleable we may return the item to you instead of giving a refund.
