Black & White Cat on Spiderwatch! #2
this is an ACEO* original by myself, Phyllis Mahon, from my cats series...
it is an indelible ink drawing with watercolour washes on beautiful heavy Winsor & Newton, acid-free, 425gsm/240lb paper.
A black & white cat is intercepting the spider's descent!! ... see ~# 1 & 3...A Guardian cat!
I have kept a similarly painted red & blue background in all three pictures to make up a set;
also,the cat's collar in each is gold acrylic paint.
The title is as above with the date 2008, my signature & contact details on the reverse and my initials PM on the front.
For your reference, the picture shown below is approx the same size as the actual piece.
