Cat on the Bird Table!

My cat loved boxes and I often found him asleep
on the bird table because he thought it was a box not
because he was after the birds! That was just a bonus!
So I have painted cat here with some very annoyed robins
who are so busy being cross with cat they have forgotten
to have a fight with each other!
(Three Robins is a crowd in springtime).

Here's the technical bit!
This is an original watercolour and ink painting
using Windsor and Newton Artists paints
on stretched 140lb. Bockingford watercolour paper.
 
The image has been scanned in on my computer and in doing so has lost some of it's fine detail and colour.
The original is much better!

The size of the mniature is 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches the size of the artists trading card.
These little cards are great fun to paint and it means that you the buyer gets an original painting
 that is reasonable priced and may become very collectable.
I have signed the painting on the front and also on the back with the date.
Each picture is sent in a celophane wrapper and is put inbetween a card for safe posting.
I will post by 1st class Royal Mail for UK buyers or standard airmail for overseas buyers.
The painting will be posted as soon as payment is received.

A bit about Me!
I started painting as a small child as we did not have television and few toys
but there was always plenty of paper and pencils to hand. The hours I spent scribbling!
I went to Art College for 4 years and achieved a Diploma in Art and Design and worked as a graphic artist.
I recently discovered ebay and the ACEO size of painting and have had great fun
using my imagination to produce these little pieces of art!
