This jack is soldered to your existing wire harness.

OTHER DETAILS - This is the latest version. It is designed to replace older style jacks with rounded tops also.
Our jacks are BRAND NEW. We buy directly from the same companies that supply the laptop OEMs.

Many jacks have been improved by design of the OEM since their original manufacture. When this is the case, we stock the latest, most improved version of the jacks.

Many notebooks were manufactured with more than one type of DC jack.

Please compare the leg configuration in our photos and the center pin size of the jack you are removing to insure compatibility.

We have made every effort to provide accurate compatibility info, but since we are unable to visually inspect your old jack, the final responsibility for the correct choice is yours.

You may email photos of your old jack and the underside of the motherboard if the jack is still mounted and we will try to assist you with identification when needed.

Do I have to go through checkout?

Can you email me a tracking number?

Tracking is only available for Express Mail. Delivery Confirmation numbers are only provided for Priority Mail. Free shipping does not include Delivery Confirmation or tracking. Has my item been shipped? Why haven't I received emails from you?

My item hasn't arrived. Where is it?

While most US shipments arrive within 6 business days and most international shipments within 14 business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays) the USPS does not guarantee delivery times of anything except Express Mail. Delivery times of First Class Mail vary greatly.

If your item has not been delivered in the US within 2 weeks, or internationally within 30 days, please email and let us know. And please, always keep in mind, we do not control the Post Office. We are as much at their mercy as you are.
