Returns: Important Please note: Our standard warranty is "return to base". All items must be returned to us in their original packaging at the customers expense, no matter what the complaint. Before returning an item, our office must be contacted for an RMA number. Items will be exchanged only. In the unlikely even of a fault occurring during the warranty period, goods will always be either repaired or replaced. Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. It is a condition of sale that you agree to this .
Please also Note: This warranty covers hardware faults ONLY. Software faults, including viruses, malware, spyware or any other malicious software, or any fault in the operating system or applications are not covered. Any goods returned with software faults will be repaired and charged for at our going rate of £45 per hour. |
