Layout

To the front is a seating area with a cabinet & pull out coffee table, there is a a two legged table for this area which is stored away in a cupboard for transit, the seating seats 4 people comfortably & converts into a large double bed. Above this area is a large Heiki opening roof vent which lets in loads of light anmd also a cool breeze if open. To the offside is the well appointed Kitchen area with 70 Litre 3 way fridge freezer, 4 ring hob and Oven/grill with electronic ignition. The sink has a fold up cover which is used as a workspace and there is extra pull out workspace. To the opposite side is a Carver gas space heater & Truma hot and cold blown air. Above the kitchen area is a roof vent with built in 2 way, 2 speed fan. To the rear is a large changing area with fixed sink in the corner, to the right is a swivel cassette toilet to the left a seperate shower and next to this ample cupboard and draw space for all your clothes. Blinds & Flyscreens to all windows and curtains as well. Door has a full sized flyscreen so you can have it open in summer and not let in any flies etc. Outside there is a 240 volt & gas output to the awning side of the caravan. Built in CD Player
