I received a neutral feedback score because the shipping service lost an International package. I always fill out the proper paperwork which is kept on file at my post office to verify when the package was shipped. I will do everything I can to help find the package . My packages always arrive safe & fast.

I ship Monday-Thursday usually the day after payment is made. I can not ship on Fridays or the weekends so if payment is made Thursday I will ship your package out Monday morning. Please consider this when leaving feedback for shipping time. If I'm lucky enough to have my truck on Fridays I will ship your package & send you a message to let you know it's on the way.

I live in a mountain community so my post office closes early.

I add tracking to all US listings which is included in shipping & handling fees.

Due to an International package getting lost ( not my fault :( I want bidder's to know that I always fill out the proper paperwork & it is on file at my post office to verify the Customs # & when it was shipped. I will do everything I can to find the package. Please be aware that 1st Class International packages are shipped by boat so they can take awile for you to receive. Usually my overseas packages arrive safe & fast as my feedback shows.
