AB Glide - The Easiest & Most Efficient Exercise for your ABs!

SET UP

Just slide on the handles until the handles snap in place and you are ready to go!

USE

-Always begin the AB Glide exercise by rolling in the direction of the arrow, pushing away from your body.

-Do not roll the AB Glide backward to put it in the starting point. Pick up the AB Glide and move it there.

-To begin the exercise, just kneel on the floor with the AB Glide in front of you.

-Place one hand on each handle. Pull in your stomach muscles and arch your back. Then slowly roll out the AB Glide, and extend your torso from a curled position to an uncurled position. Don't just push your arms out.

-Then, slowly begin rolling the AB Glide back toward your knees, re-curling your torso, and exhaling.

-In order to prevent injury to your lower back, always tuck in your stomach and arch your back slightly.

-You can also roll the AB Glide to the left or right hand side of your body.

FOR ADVANCED USERS

As you get stronger, you can start the AB Glide farther from your body and not kneeling on the floor for more of a challenge or to do more repetitions. Be sure to do them slowly and concentrate on your midsection.
