This painting is painted on a 11x14 inch Reeves, medium grained, 100% cotton, double primed, acid free, stretched gallery canvas. The sides are staple free, and painted over. There is no need to frame it. The best quality Grumbacher oils were used to create this. I spent a lot of time on this piece, working in a lot of the very fine details.

The painting is of a country creek, just down the road from the place the place I grew up on as a kid. The scene is late winter, early spring. This painting would make an excellent decorative item for those of you that love to have landscape, and river paintings hanging on your walls. It will come varnished for protection.

Self-Representing Artists

	Currently, I am an artist working out of my own home. I raise rabbits, and pigeons, and have several other pets. I can paint commissioned pet portraits upon request (see ebay store, or EBSQ profile for more details). I have shown my art all over my county in the past, including our county fair. I also show at the St. Joe County, and hillsdale county fairs every year. A lot of my work is painted to compete and show. I have won several best in shows, and honorable mentions from showing at the county fairs. My art has been sold to, and collected in other counties as well as the US. I am also a member of the Branch County art guild, a large group of artists in the southern part of Michigan that is dedicated to showing and promoting original works of art. I have exhibited my art through them at the tibbitts opera house, and various other locations in the past. Our group even painted a mural in downtown Coldwater MI, of which I was very actively involved in. I am also EBSQ certifified and participate in alot of their online art shows. Each of my paintings comes with its own EBSQ certificate of authenticity, signed by me.
