All items are thoroughly quality inspected to ensure they are perfect before dispatch.
No P & P refunds will be made nor will return P & P be refunded. It is recommended that items to be returned are sent with proof of postage as refunds will not be made until the items have been received and inspected by us. 
All animal masks have been tested for functionality before dispatch.
NB: - Any items returned in opened blister packs will not be refunded.
In regards to dance shoes, which are all quality checked before dispatch any returns other than for actual defects will incur a 25% restocking charge so please ensure you order the correct dance shoe size which may or may not be your street shoe size. If you are not sure then please do not guess, but get your feet measured for dance shoe size at a reputable dancewear supplier before ordering.
Only completely unmarked and unused shoes in complete original packaging will be accepted. This also applies to requests for swapping to any other listed sizes which will also incur a minimum shipping charge of £1.99 + the 25% re-stocking charge. Dance tights and leotards will not be refunded for hygiene purposes. Thank you.
