Please email me with any questions before bidding and check all measurements and sizes to avoid uneccessary returns.
If you would like to return an item because of sizing or you just don't like it , then you need to email with your contact email address asap and we will authorise the item to be returned and email you a returns form. This form will need to be enclosed in with the returned item. We will not accept unauthorised returns. Once you have authorisation , then the item has to be sent back to us so we receive it back within 7 days of you receiving it.
All postage costs are non refundable.
The item has to be sent back in the same condition as sent to you , any labels/tags to be intact . If an item smells of smoke or appears to have been worn or washed , then these will not be refunded or exchanged .
Items have to be sent back by first class recorded delivery so the parcel can be signed for upon return.
You can choose an exchange item from my store
although additional postage to send this to you will be charged. You can choose an item for a similar value or more ( PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THE CHOSEN REPLACEMENT ITEM , PLEASE JUST EMAIL ME THE ITEM NUMBER ) and an invoice will be sent to you for any additional costs incurred and you can pay by
paypal or alternatively you can send the money with the returned item. Once the item has been received back and any additional costs paid , then your chosen replacement item will be sent.
If there is nothing in the store that you want , then you will be given a instore credit note. Then you are free to choose something when you find an item that you want. Again please email the item number and don't bid on it.
If you don't want an exchange or a credit note , then a refund will be offered as last resort but postage costs are non refundable and there will be a 25% restocking fee from the item price if items are £10 or over OR a flat £3 restocking fee if the item is under £10 deducted before the refund is given. The refund would be made upon return of the item in satisfactory condition and the payment would be made in the same method you used to pay for it.
Please note that if you have been given free postage or a free item due to using a special offer , then this will be deducted also before a refund is made. If you would like an amount that you would be refunded , then email me and request this.
If an item is faulty , then please email and all send it back by first class recorded delivery and an identical item will be sent. The item will only be replaced with an alternative or a full refund if i can't replace with the same item. Postage costs will be refunded for returning the faulty item.
Please note that if you have used one of my special postage offers or free item offers and have had a free item or free postage then each item will need to be replaced if exchanging by something else or the postage costs incurred by myself , or the cost of the free item will be deducted before the exhange is made. Please email me if you would like to know what you would receive back if you want a refund under these rules.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS SO PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING AND CHECK ALL SIZING AND MEASURMENTS.
