DVDS must be returned un-opened to qualify for a refund. Returns will not be accepted for non-compatability reasons. DVD's/Boxsets that are returned opened will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.
Faulty DVD's will be replaced on receipt of original DVD. Postage costs will be refunded in the event of faulty goods. In all other cases postage will not be refunded and EBAY fees will be recouped. Whisky returns will only be accepted if there is an error in the listing and the whisky is not as described. In all cases please contact the seller to discuss the return before returning the goods.
