Postage information
With just about every item that I list there will nearly always be two different types of postal service available to chose from > The first is via First Class post [Royal Mail] and the second is via Recorded Delivery / or ''To Sign For'' [also with the 'Royal Mail']. The second of the two postal services listed above, is the only service that offers - additional postal insurance - as part of the service offered. The decision or choice, as to which postal service you might want an item that you have just bought, to travel in, is entirely yours, as the buyer. If the item bought is either expensive or important to you in some other way, then selecting the 'Registered postal option at the point at which you pay for the item, in full, is recommended. Unless a specific change is made to this area, when you pay for the item bought the item will automatically be sent out to you via the standard 1st Class postal service. I will aim to post any items bought within 24hours of payment, in full, being received [and cleared in the case of a personal cheque]

Packaging information
Whenever possible - appropriate forms of packaging will be used when sending every item bought from me. Should the packaging be inadequate and the item be damaged whilst in the post then a full refund will be offered in exchange for the item [in it's original packaging] being sent back to me. If you are at all worried about something relating to this area of a sale then please e-mail me and ill be happy to try and alleviate any fears that you may have.

Refund policy
Buyers are invited, for whatever reason, to send back to me any item that they are not 100% satisfied with when it finally arrives in the post, in exchange for a full refund of their initial out laying costs. The cost of returning the item however must be met by the purchaser unless the item fails to match, when it is received, the description of that item, when it was listed and sold. in cases where the 'Item Description' and the received item differs, the additional return postage costs will be met, in full, by me and paid back to the buyer as part of the full refund offered. Any item that gets damaged whilst it is travelling out to the buyer in the post is exempt
