Please do not bid unless you are prepared to pay for the goods as this sale is a legally binding contract. By bidding you accept these terms. Please remember that the goods are your responsibility from the moment that the auction ends although I will, of course, do my best to ensure that all care is taken with your item.   Good Ebayer’s will understand this comment.

Delivery is by either my usual Courier, Royal Mail, or DHL depending on the item size and weight of the item, and where you are situated (please see costs laid out below).   I take great care with packing, ensuring that I use packing appropriate to the contents.  Any additional postal services are at buyer’s expense.

Feedback:- I welcome your feedback comments but please be accurate and fair.  I will leave negative feedback for non-payers who do not communicate or contact within 7 days of auction close.
 
Returns
 
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods, I will accept returns for full cash back, no questions asked as long as the goods are returned undamaged within 7 days of receipt.  Items returned are at buyer’s expense. The seller cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. If you require insurance please take up the offer on the listing. I will help buyers with any claims for loss or damage but only if the insurance offer has been taken up.
