Condition: Fair - Water damaged, affecting top of book and as it worsens in the middle it spreads to most of the page.  That said, it is just rippling and creasing and there doesn't appear to be any tearing or pulling due to the shiny paper.  Slight wear, creasing and marks to covers.  Pencil price erasure.  Good spine and strongly bound.  All text is readable and it is an adequate reference copy.
