We will endeavour to transfer to the Customer the benefits of any Warranty given by the manufacturer of the products.

Company Tax Invoice can be emailed for purchases, please advise. Invoice will be emailed in PDF format.

This item is brand new and comes with 12 months Manufacturer`s Warranty. Warranty period starts from the date of sale. Manufacturer`s decision is final on warranty claims.

There is no pick up option for this item (no exeption).

Shipping and Handling:
~ Items may have different shipping options: Registered Parcel Post or Standard Road Freight Delivery. Please refer to item`s postage & handling page for details.
~ Registered Parcel Post delivery time solely depends on Australia Post`s performance, usually 2 - 7 days.
~ Standard Road Freight delivery takes 2 - 10 days and the fee is $15 for metro areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA. Deliveries to other cities, out of metro and rural areas can take longer and may incur charges greater than the $15 stated. In this event please contact us for delivery charges before bidding. Curiers CANNOT make Road Freight deliveries to PO Box numbers. Please provide physical address & contact phone number, work address is good too. Any date quoted for delivery is an estimate only. Any delays in transit as a result of the local courier company`s routes and schedules are beyond our control. Courier company may request additional fee for second delivery If the items not received at the first delivery.
~ Insurance is included in the total Standard Road Freight Charge.
~ Combined shipping discounts may apply for some items in a single purchase (not for all items).
~ Orders will be processed for delivery in 2 working days (Monday - Friday) after payment cleared in full.
~ There is no pick up option (no exeption)

Payment Methods:
~ We accept bank deposit and online payment via PayPal. For bank deposits please include your ebay user ID for correct and faster process. Payment should be made in 5 days after auction ends. Outside of this time line, we reserve the right to cancell the sale and Report an Unpaid Item. Please don`t bid if you don`t have the intention of paying.

With warranty claim reference number, faulty items can be sent or taken to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. Manufacturer`s decision is final on warranty claims & returns. All shipping costs are at the purchaser`s expense for warranty claims & returns.
~ If there is no manufacturer fault found on Warranty claimed or returned product an administration fee (plus all shipping expenses) may be charged.
~ 20% Restocking fee may apply for Warranty Claims & Returns for some items, please check product description for details.
~ We are not responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, sent to unconfirmed address or P.O. boxes.
